One of the main benefits of online training is that you can be independent but not alone. I will be there to hold you accountable every step of the way
Hybrid clients
I also offer an option for hybrid clients. This will allow you to split your training into a combination of online and in-person sessions.

You will get access to a google drive with all of your workouts inside

If any injuries occur or certain exercise don't feel right I will make the necessary modifications

I will design periodized and progressive training programs for clients to follow.

Clients will be able to email or text (through slack) me with any questions or concerns.
Nutritional advice
I will advise clients of any nutritional questions or concerns that they have
App access
With this program clients will be able to use the myPTHub app to see and track your workouts. There will be videos of each exercise as well.
One call per training phase
During every training phase (4 weeks) we will have a 30 min. call to check-in, ask questions, and see how the program is going.
Video movement analysis
Send videos of any exercises and I will analyse/correct your technique to ensure you are lifting safely.
