I have developed the Evans Performance Athletic Development Curriculum based on the latest research in long-term athletic development strategies, as well as my own experiences. The program is designed to meet athletes where they are currently and take them to where they want to be, safely and effectively.

About Me

My name is Liam Evans

I am a strength and conditioning coach specializing in youth and high school athletic development.

I am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in exercise science. I started Evans Performance over five years ago and have worked with 200+ young athletes, including World Championship swimmers, CARIFTA swimmers, Bermuda National teams (football and rugby), football academies (FC Bascome Bermuda), and Commonwealth/PanAm/CARIFTA track & field athletes.
